1.How does my package ship?

All products are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

2.What happens if my package is lost?

Once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, I am no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss. If a package is lost in transit, customers must file a claim directly with USPS. I will assist with any information needed for the claim, but replacements or refunds are not provided for items lost by the carrierAll packages include the standard $100 of USPS insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please notify me before your item ships so the added cost can be included in your invoice

4.What happens when I get my package and there are errors??

Artist Error: If an error occurs that is the result of my workmanship, design, or production process, I will remake your urn at no additional cost to you. My goal is to ensure that the final piece reflects the quality and accuracy you expect.

 

Customer Error: Once you have reviewed and signed the agreement confirming all details (including spelling, dates, design choices, and customization information), any errors discovered afterward are considered the responsibility of the customer. In these cases, a new urn will need to be purchased if you wish to have the item remade.

 

5.Is there a discount for ordering 2 or more?

A multi item discount is available. When you order two or more urns in the same purchase, you will receive a 20% discount on your total

 

6.Are there state specific guidelines?

Regulations for urns placed in cemeteries, mausoleums, or burial sites can vary by state and by individual facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all local guidelines and requirements before placing an order. I am not liable for urns that do not meet specific cemetery or mausoleum regulations
