Shipping Policy
1. How is shipping computed?
We offer free shipping on our products within the lower 48 states. All packages include the standard $100 of USPS insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please notify Valor and Ash before your item ships so the added cost can be included in your invoice
2. How does my package ship?
All products are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
3. What happens if my package is lost?
Once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, Valor and Ash is no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss. If a package is lost in transit, customers must file a claim directly with USPS. We will assist with any information needed for the claim, but replacements or refunds are not provided for items lost by the carrier. All packages include the standard $100 of USPS insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please notify Valor and Ash before your item ships so the added cost can be included in your invoice
4. What happens if my package is broken?
We package our wooden with the utmost care. We are careful to add custom packing material to avoid damage during shipping. However, once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, Valor and Ash cannot control issues that may occur during shipping. All packages include the standard $100 of USPS insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please notify me before your item ships so the added cost can be included in your invoice
Return & Exchange Policy
1. What happens when I get my package and there are errors??
Artist Error: If an error occurs that is the result of our workmanship, design, or production process, We will remake your urn at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to ensure that the final piece reflects the quality and accuracy you expect.
Customer Error: Once you have reviewed and signed the agreement confirming all details (including spelling, dates, design choices, and customization information), any errors discovered afterward are considered the responsibility of the customer. In these cases, a new urn will need to be purchased if you wish to have the item remade.
